Our Coaches

Our coaching staff was hand-picked by Matias Almeyda, our founder and Head Manager, and they strictly follow the training manuals and concepts explicitly created for the Academy. Our coaches are trained to have a ‘hands-on’ approach of direct involvement with the individual players and the team as a group.  Concepts and tactics of the game are relayed and explained in detail with real game situations on the pitch during the training sessions. Our professional staff includes former players with experience in 1st Division Leagues, Youth Farm Development Teams, and International competition games including Copa Libertadores.
